1. Booking and Reservations

  • Reservation Methods: Bookings can be made through our official website, authorized third-party platforms, or directly with our reservations team.

  • Advance Payment: A valid credit card or advance payment is required to secure your reservation.

  • Confirmation: Reservations are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.​

2. Check-In and Check-Out 

  • Standard Check-In: From 3:00 PM.

  • Standard Check-Out: By 11:00 AM.

  • Accepted Methods: Credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified during booking.

  • Currency: All payments are to be made in Indian Rupees (INR).

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation by Guest:

    • More than 7 days before check-in: Full refund.

    • 3 to 7 days before check-in: 50% refund.

    • Less than 3 days before check-in: No refund.

5. Identity Verification

  • Required Documents: Valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Passport, Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driver’s License) for all guests.

  • Local Residents: Local residents may be subject to additional verification and restrictions.​

6. Behavior and Conduct

  • Prohibited Activities: Illegal activities, including but not limited to gambling violations, substance abuse, and disruptive behavior, are strictly prohibited.

  • Right of Admission: Sempurval reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests exhibiting inappropriate behavior without refund.​

7. Property Rules

  • Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in indoor areas. Designated smoking zones are available.

  • Pets: Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements are made.

8. Liability

  • Personal Belongings: Sempurval is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

9. Casino and Gaming

  • Responsible Gaming: We promote responsible gaming and provide resources for guests seeking assistance.

  • Compliance: All gaming activities are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
