Advance Payment: A valid credit card or advance payment is required to secure your reservation.

Confirmation: Reservations are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
2. Check-In and Check-Out

Standard Check-In: From 3:00 PM.

Standard Check-Out: By 11:00 AM.

Accepted Methods: Credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified during booking.

Currency: All payments are to be made in Indian Rupees (INR).
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Guest:

More than 7 days before check-in: Full refund.

3 to 7 days before check-in: 50% refund.

Less than 3 days before check-in: No refund.

5. Identity Verification

Required Documents: Valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Passport, Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driver’s License) for all guests.

Local Residents: Local residents may be subject to additional verification and restrictions.
6. Behavior and Conduct

Prohibited Activities: Illegal activities, including but not limited to gambling violations, substance abuse, and disruptive behavior, are strictly prohibited.

Right of Admission: Sempurval reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests exhibiting inappropriate behavior without refund.
7. Property Rules
